Perfect Time SHP's CEO and Owner, Sharon H. Porter, is a full-time educator and coach for a public school district in Maryland. She currently serves as a Leadership Development Coach and works with first and second year school administrators. Sharon is a former elementary and middle school principal in Maryland and North Carolina.
She is a life-long learner earning her Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Elementary Education at Winston-Salem State University, Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Curriculum & Instruction at National-Louis University, Post Masters Graduate Certification in School Administration & Supervision from Johns Hopkins University; Educational Specialist (Ed.S.) She is currently pursuing her Doctorate of Education (Ed.D.) in Administrator Leadership and Policy Studies from Howard University.
Sharon is the founder of the G.R.I.N.D. (Global Relationships Igniting Networks and Development) Entrepreneur Network also known as "The GRIND". The GRIND is an online forum for entrepreneurs from all industries (sole proprietorship/partnerships) can network and develop their business.
